The Coaching Process

  1. I will send you a coaching package with an in-depth inventory for you to complete.
  2. We'll meet for an initial session either over a meal, coffee, or, for those of you out of state, we will talk over the phone. We'll discuss your inventory and what you'd like to achieve during the coaching period, then design a powerful, comprehensive process for your transformation.
  3. The package includes an initial session plus 6 months of 45-minute one-on-one coaching sessions (3 sessions per month). We will talk by phone or in person.
  4. I will be honest and straightforward, asking questions and making requests. The weekly calls will keep you on purpose and aligned with your intentions and will support you in realizing those intentions.

The client/coach relationship requires complete honesty. Confidentiality is guaranteed.

  • Encourage and inspire deep growth
  • Celebrate with you

I live my life forward with no regrets; you'll learn to do the same.

One client's experience

I have undergone an amazing transformation, from feeling overwhelmed and “stuck”, to being empowered and focused.

When I started working with Rebecca I presented my long list of interests, experiences and education, and requested her help to integrate all of these aspects of myself. How could all of these seemingly random and competing parts of myself co-exist? I couldn't focus on one and neglect the others. The result was frustration, confusion and a sense of drifting through life while my greater purpose eluded me.

Rebecca always emphasizes that we have the answers within ourselves. As we walk together through this process of questioning and discovery, the answers that I seek are unearthed. I have experienced freedom and clarity through learning how to live intentionally instead of allowing circumstances or the expectations (real or assumed) of others to dictate my choice making. An extremely valuable lesson I have learned is how to deal with those circumstances beyond my control (or even some that I choose – like having another baby) that dramatically change how I was living previously. I am learning better coping mechanisms and habits that empower me.

I highly recommend Rebecca Wilhite to anyone who would like to thrive, not just exist, through knowing their purpose and living it out.
